Brittany A. Porter is an associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson. A native of Miami, Florida, Brittany came to California to attend Pepperdine University School of Law. As a law student, she externed with the Honorable André Birotte Jr. for the Central District of California. Brittany earned her J.D and certificates from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law (Real Estate Law) and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She also obtained the CALI award for Mediation.
Brittany has spent her legal career in civil litigation. She has experience in employment law, personal injury law, charter school representation, and insurance defense.
Before attending law school, Brittany was an inner-city high school mathematics instructor with Teach For America in Dallas, Texas. She also served in the nation’s capital as a United States Congressional Intern for Florida’s 24th District under the Obama administration
Brittany completed her undergraduate studies at Hampton University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (accounting focus) and minors in Political Science and Leadership Studies.
