Joshua La Bella is an associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson. Joshua’s practice is focused on litigation, and he represents various local public entities.
Joshua has spent his legal career in civil litigation. In high school, Joshua worked at a private firm that specialized in civil litigation where he prepared documents and binders for trial. Thereafter, while in college, he interned with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Litigation Unit and assisted legal counsel with depositions, mediations, and trials. Joshua continued his pursuit of civil litigation while in law school as well through an internship at a private firm. There, he drafted various motions submitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and an appellate brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Additionally, as a law student, he externed with the Honorable Morrison C. England Jr. for the Eastern District of California and served on the Board of Editors for the University of the Pacific Law Review.
