Paul W. Sande is an associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson. Since being sworn in as an attorney, Paul has been litigating real estate matters. From cases that involve broker misrepresentations to high value commercial lease disputes, easement issues, the enforcement of CC&Rs and beyond, Paul has developed a proven track record within the field.
Before joining OHH, Paul practiced as an associate attorney with civil litigation firms throughout Los Angeles, within multiple practice areas including intellectual property, employment law, business disputes and insurance defense, in addition to real estate law. Exclusively practicing within civil litigation, Paul has significant experience with motion practice, discovery and trial work.
A Los Angeles native, Paul went out-of-state for undergraduate to the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned a bachelors in Environmental Studies. From there, Paul went on to the University of Oregon School of Law where he earned his J.D. as well as a certificate in the school’s pro bono law program. He is licensed to practice in all California state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Paul is also a licensed California real estate broker.
